Canceling an order
Your order can only be cancelled prior to your order being fulfilled. If your order is fulfilled there are no returns for refund and/or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure you have selected the correct product(s) before finalizing your purchase.

Replacing an order
All request for replacements must be submitted to customer service within 2 days of delivery of package. Customer service will authorize if your order qualifies for a replacement due to damage. When submitting request please include all information regarding your order such as your order number and/or full name on your order, and pictures of damaged product if available, so we can better assist you. Due to our product being a natural product, no items are identical and are exposed to the natural elements.
Not receiving an order
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If an order was lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the recipient to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation that are the fault of the shipping carrier. We can provide confirmation of delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and contact of shipping carrier for recipient to investigate.
